JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police arrested the man accused in the shooting death of Timothy Smith, 39.
Police said Julius Adams, 29, turned himself in to authorities Tuesday night. He has been charged with murder.
According to investigators, Smith was shot and killed on McWillie Circle last Friday.
