VICKSBURG, Miss. (WJTV) – Vicksburg police arrested a woman for allegedly stabbing a family member in the mouth.

The incident happened on Monday, December 5. Police said Melissa Winters, 50, appeared in Vicksburg Municipal Court on a charge of aggravated assault later that day.

Her bond was set at $50,000, and her case was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.
