JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – With war raging in the Middle East, U.S. soldiers across the country are being deployed.

Army Reserve Soldiers with the Headquarters 365th Combat Service Support Battalion deployed to the Middle East on Saturday, October 21. During a special deployment ceremony, soldiers in Mississippi committed to the honor of serving and protecting.

The preparation to go overseas has been months in the making.
