CLAIBORNE COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Port Gibson police arrested two teenagers after a body was discovered inside a vehicle.

Police said they received a tip on Thursday, January 18 about a body being in a wooded area on Utopia Drive. When officers arrived, they found the victim, 23-year-old Ethen McGrew, inside a white SUV with a gunshot wound.

McGrew’s body was sent to the Mississippi State Crime Lab for an autopsy.

Investigators said two unidentified teenagers were later arrested in connection to the fatal shooting. A 16-year-old has been charged with murder, and a 17-year-old has been charged with accessory after the fact.
