Man shot multiple times outside Cash Saver in Jackson

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police said a man was shot multiple times after an argument outside of a business.

The shooting happened in the parking lot of Cash Saver, located on Raymond Road, Tuesday afternoon.

Jackson Police Chief Joseph Wade said a 37-year-old man was approached by two other men. The three argued before the victim was shot multiple times.

Wade said the victim was taken to the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) in critical condition.

The police chief said the suspects fled the scene.
