JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police arrested a man who they said was “terrorizing” the community.

Police announced on Friday, February 2 that 29-year-old Atreyell Manuel was arrested on one count of sexual battery, one count of armed carjacking, one county of strong-armed robbery, one count of kidnapping and one count of rape.

According to investigators, information from the community led to Manuel’s arrest.
