RIDGELAND, Miss. (WJTV) – Two adults and two teenagers have been arrested for allegedly firing multiple shots into a Ridgeland home.
Ridgeland Police Chief Brian Myers said 19-year-old Jazanea Johnson, 17-year-old Moeshia Paige, 20-year-old Marquerious Martin and 16-year-old Terrence Watson have been charged in the case.
The incident occurred in the Hawthorn Green subdivision off of William Boulevard on Saturday, February 3 just after midnight. Police said no one was at home at the time of the shooting, and no injuries were reported.
Investigators said the incident stems from an ongoing dispute between a juvenile resident of the home and another female.
Myers said Martin and Watson were arrested on Friday, February 9 in Jackson with the assistance of U.S. Marshals. Paige and Watson have been charged as adults in the case.
According to Ridgeland police, the suspects each face felony charges of shooting into a dwelling and conspiracy to commit a crime.
All four suspects are being held without bond in the Madison County Detention Center. Their preliminary hearings have been set for Tuesday, February 27.
