JONES COUNTY, Miss. (WHLT) – A 63-year-old woman was killed during a crash in Jones County.

The crash happened on Tuesday, February 13 just before 4:30 p.m. on Old Progress Road.

Jones County Deputy Coroner Ernest Hollingsworth identified the victim as 63-year-old Cynthia Townsend, of Forrest County.

Investigators said Hollingsworth was driving a 2017 Jeep Wrangler at the time of the crash.
