JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating a disturbance that took place outside of Urban Air Adventure Park this weekend.

Detective Tommie Brown said there was a fight inside of the business, and juveniles went back to their vehicles to grab guns. They attempted to come back inside, but they were told to leave.

Brown said they were notified about a shooting in the parking lot, but officers have not been able to determine if a shooting actually occurred at the location.

Officials with Urban Air said safety is their highest priority. They said there were no weapons found inside or outside the facility.
