JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police arrested a man for illegally dumping tires and other items in the city.
On March 4, police responded to the 3300 block of Medgar Evers Boulevard after receiving a call about the incident.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found 46-year-old Christopher Martin at the location. They said Martin admitted to illegally disposing of tires, nonworking appliances and other debris at the location.

Martin was arrested and charged with illegal dumping.
