BRANDON, Miss. (WJTV) – A pedestrian died after being hit by a vehicle in Brandon.

The incident happened on Highway 471 on Thursday, March 28.

The Rankin County coroner identified the pedestrian as Roy Dale Hobsin, of Brandon. The coroner said Hobsin was trying to cross the highway when he was hit by a vehicle.
