MADISON COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Madison police announced Highway 51 from Olympic Way to Green Oak Lane will be closed until 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday as Entergy crews work to replace downed power lines.

Police said the same stretch will be closed starting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 11 until its completion.

Damage was also reported on Ash Tree Lane at North Azalea, Ingleside Road, and Picnic Hill Road at North Old Canton.
