Storms knock down trees, damage homes in Pickens

PICKENS, Miss. (WJTV) – Severe storms caused damage in the Town of Pickens on Thursday, April 18.

The storms knocked down powerlines and trees. Homes were also damaged in the area.

According to Entergy Mississippi, more than 100 customers in Pickens were without power as of Friday, April 19.

Pickens leaders said no injuries were reported.
