JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a man was shot and killed on Tuesday, April 23.

The shooting happened in the 300 block of North Flag Chapel Road. Detective Tommie Brown said the victim, who was identified as Shavarion Ross, was pronounced deceased at a local hospital.
