VICKSBURG, Miss. (WJTV) – A 48-year-old Jackson man was killed during a motorcycle crash in Warren County.

Officials with the Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP) said the crash happened on Highway 27 South near Country Brown Road just after 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24.

Troopers said a 2007 Harley Davidson, driven by Herman East, was traveling south when it ran off the road. East was ejected from the motorcycle. He was pronounced deceased at Merit Health River Region.

This crash remains under investigation by MHP.
