VICKSBURG, Miss. (WJTV) – Vicksburg police are investigating after shots were fired into multiple homes and a vehicle.

The incident happened just before 9:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3 in the 300 block of Meadowvale Drive.

When officers arrived at the location, they found multiple residences and a vehicle were damaged due to the gunfire. No injuries have been reported.

Police said several spent shell casings consistent with different caliber weapons were processed and collected at the scene.
