Man arrested after fight leads to shooting in Claiborne County

CLAIBORNE COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Claiborne County deputies arrested a man after another person was injured during a shooting.

The shooting happened on Sunday, May 26 in the Pattison area. According to deputies, the incident occurred during a verbal fight.

Investigators identified the suspect as James Goods. He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and convicted felon with a firearm.
