JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit and killed.

The incident occurred in the area of Raymond Road and West Highland Drive around 9:00 p.m. on Monday, May 27.

Detective Tommie Brown said the pedestrian was hit by two vehicles at the location. Both drivers have been interviewed by officers.

The victim’s identity has not been released.
