JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A suspect has been arrested in connection to the death of a missing man in Jackson.
Detective Tommie Brown confirmed Tonarri Moore was arrested in connection to the death of Larry Reynolds. Carlos Cosby, deputy commander for the U.S. Marshal’s Service, said Moore turned himself in on Tuesday, May 28 at the federal courthouse.
Brown said officers responded to the 600 block of Campbell Street on Friday, May 24 in reference to a missing person. He said Reynolds was last seen at the location.
After interviewing witnesses, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Moore. According to Brown, Reynolds’ body has not been located.
Police previously arrested Arlean Stubbs and Etta Epps in connection to the case. They were both charged with accessory after the fact of murder and physical evidence tampering.
During Moore’s court appearance on Tuesday, he surrendered bond.
