JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a woman was shot at a gas station.

The shooting happened around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 2 at the Texaco gas station in the 4400 block of Medgar Evers Boulevard.

Detective Tommie Brown said the 20-year-old victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. No arrests have been made in the case.
