JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police arrested three suspects and are searching for a fourth after investigators recovered several stolen vehicles.

Detective Tommie Brown said the investigation started after a vehicle was stolen from the Walmart off of Highway 18 in Jackson on Tuesday, June 11.

During their investigation, officers were able to track the vehicle to a residence on Hickory Drive.

On Wednesday, June 12, police said they arrested three suspects at the residence. The fourth suspect fled the scene when officers arrived.

Brown said investigators have been able to recover three stolen vehicles at the location, including the vehicle that was stolen from the Walmart and a U-Haul. Police are working to determine if more stolen vehicles are at the location.

According to Brown, the three unidentified suspects will be charged with auto theft.
