JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A Missing/Endangered Child Alert has been issued for a 15-year-old Jackson girl.

Agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) said Takayla Nelson was last seen on Sunday, June 16 around 10:00 p.m. in the 2300 block of McFadden Road in Hinds County. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black tights, and white claw slippers.

Family members said Nelson suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgment.
