JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a shooting damaged buildings and vehicles at an apartment complex.
The shooting happened at The Park at Inverness on Ridgewood Road on Saturday, June 29.
Detective Tommie Brown said the shooting involved multiple suspects in the parking lot of the apartment complex. He said no injuries have been reported at this time, and two persons of interest have been taken into custody.
Neighbors told WJTV 12 News that they saw four boys running away from the apartment complex and firing shots. There were several bullet casings on the ground.

The neighbors said multiple apartment buildings were shot into.
