Motorcyclist wanted for firing shots into Madison home

MADISON, Miss. (WJTV) – Agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) released a surveillance picture of a motorcyclist, who allegedly fired shots into a Madison home.

Investigators said the jacket worn by the unknown driver is similar in appearance to the pictures provided. It was possibly manufactured by Ride Rich.

Agents said the public should not approach this person, who is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Madison police said shooting happened around 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 11 in the Northbay Subdivision. When officers arrived at the location, they found a house on Long Cove Drive that was struck several times with bullets. No injuries were reported.

Madison police said they believe this is an isolated incident with no additional threat to public safety.
