Man charged with threatening children, teachers in Jackson

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police arrested a man for allegedly making threats to children and teachers.

Detective Tommie Brown said officers began investigating the incident on Wednesday, August 14 in the 4400 block of Whip Poor Will Street.

Investigators said the suspect, 20-year-old Curtrevion Poe, had allegedly made threats to children and teachers at the location. He was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and cyberstalking.
