FLOWOOD, Miss. (WJTV) – Flowood police announced a woman was arrested after she allegedly stabbed a man.
The incident occurred around 6:25 a.m. on Saturday, August 17 at a business. Police said the woman had stabbed the man once in the arm and cut the tires on his vehicle.
Officers said they discovered both people involved were from Mendenhall and that the woman, Salbrina Blackwell, had fled the scene. She was arrested a short time later by Simpson County deputies.

Police said the victim was treated by medical personnel at the scene and suffered a non-life threatening injury.
