JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a 60-year-old man was shot and killed.

The shooting occurred in the 1600 block of Raymond Road around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 1.

Detective Tommie Brown said the unidentified victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
