JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a man was shot and killed on Capitol Street.

The shooting occurred in the 3200 block of West Capitol Street on Sunday, September 15.

Detective Tommie Brown said the victim was identified as Robert Lee Horton. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
