VICKSBURG, Miss. (WJTV) – Officials with the Vicksburg Warren School District (VWSD) said a suspended elementary student was found with a pellet gun at a bus stop.

The Vicksburg Post reported the incident occurred on Wednesday, September 18.

According to officials with the VWSD, the student attended South Park Elementary. They said no students were harmed, and local authorities were notified.

The student has not been identified.
