VICKSBURG, Miss. (WJTV) – A trial has been scheduled for the man accused of killing his girlfriend in 2018.

Vicksburg Daily News reported the trial for Carlos Harris has been set for the November 18 term.
Harris was charged with murder and possession of a weapon after a felony conviction in Vicksburg. He’s accused of killing Jasmine Adams, 25, in the 300 block of Lakehill Drive on August 22, 2018.
Harris was charged in connection to Adams’ death in November 2019, and he was later indicted in September 2023.
If convicted, Harris faces life in prison.
