JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – College football returns to Mississippi for the 2024 season! The Sports Zone team has special coverage ahead of this week’s games.

The Sports Zone Saturday show will air from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on WJTV 12 News and on WREG.

No. 18 Ole Miss will face Oklahoma at home on Saturday. The game will kickoff at 11:00 a.m. CT on ESPN.

Mississippi State will face Arkansas at home on Saturday. The game will kickoff at 11:45 a.m. CT on the SEC Network.

Southern Miss will be on the road to face James Madison on Saturday. The game will kickoff at 2:30 p.m. CT on ESPN+.

Jackson State will also be on the road to face Bethune-Cookman on Saturday. The game will kickoff at 2:00 p.m. CT on HBCU GO.

Alcorn State will be on a bye week.
