JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – College football returns to Mississippi for the 2024 season! The Sports Zone team has special coverage ahead of this week’s games.

The Sports Zone Saturday show will air from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on WJTV 12 News and on WREG.

No. 16 Ole Miss will face No. 2 Georgia at home on Saturday. The game will kickoff at 2:30 p.m. CT on ABC.

Mississippi State will be on the road to face No. 7 Tennessee on Saturday. The game will kickoff at 6:00 p.m. CT on ESPN.

Southern Miss will face Marshall at home on Saturday. The game will kickoff at 2:00 p.m. CT.

Jackson State will face Mississippi Valley State at home on Saturday. The game will kickoff at 2:00 p.m. CT on HBCU GO.

Alcorn State will face Texas Southern University at home on Saturday. The game will kickoff at 2:00 p.m. CT.
