JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a man was found shot to death at an apartment complex.

Detective Tommie Brown said Lamar Washington, 19, left his mother’s home around 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 17 to wash her vehicle. His body was found around 1:30 p.m. at the Trails at Northpointe near the passenger side of a silver Mitsubishi Outlander.

According to Brown, Washington had been shot multiple times. There’s no suspect information at this time.
