JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a man was found deceased at a motel.
Detective Tommie Brown said the man’s body was found at the Crown Motel on Boling Street on Monday, December 2. According to Brown, the victim had been shot multiple times.
Jackson Police Chief Joseph Wade identified the victim as Jeremy Easterling. The police chief said officers are searching for two women in connection to the shooting.
“They were occupying a red Dodge Ram four-door pickup truck. They left the scene after shooting this individual multiple times at the Crown Motel. We don’t know why he was there. We don’t know why they were there. But they met inside of a room at the hotel, and they subsequently took his life,” said Wade.
