LINCOLN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – One person died during a trailer home fire in Lincoln County.

The Daily Leader reported the fire occurred at a home on Newman Trail on Monday, December 2.

When firefighters arrived at the scene just before 4:30 p.m., they saw heavy smoke and a fully engulfed trailer. They cleared the scene around 8:00 p.m.

The victim has not been identified, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
