JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson firefighters responded to a two-story house fire early Wednesday morning.

The fire occurred in the 5000 block of Thornwood Place around 2:30 a.m. on December 4.

According to Assistant Fire Chief Patrick Armon, 70-percent of the home was damaged by the fire. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
