JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A man was found deceased at a Jackson club.

Capitol police responded to Club Paradise in the 1800 block of Mill Street just before 9:45 a.m. on Friday, December 6.

Bailey Martin, press secretary of the Mississippi Department of Public Safety (DPS), said the victim was located near a pool table with two gunshot wounds. The victim was identified as John Blackmon, 54.

Martin said his death is being investigated as a homicide. No arrests have been made.
