STATE LINE, Miss. (WKRG) — The reward for identifying the person who killed three people at a State Line, Mississippi gas station on New Year’s Day has increased, News 5 has learned.
Officials said the new reward total for finding the person responsible for killing Jason Thornton, Rhonda Denson, and Lester Campbell is now $100,000.
The reward increase comes as the Greene County Board of Supervisors approved $15,000 to work in conjunction with the other rewards offered.
Other rewards offered include $10,000 from Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers and Clark Oil, along with $15,000 from the Town of State Line, and $60,000 from friends of victim Jason Thornton.
