JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Dabbs Dispensary in North Jackson has reopened after thieves broke in and took multiple items.

Security video showed the suspects going through a small opening in the front of the store last week. They ransacked the business before leaving.

“I got an alert on my phone at about 2:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. from our alarm system. And I looked at the cameras. I just couldn’t believe my eyes. I just saw two guys here ransacking the place, dumping stuff. And so, I knew we’re being robbed. And my owner called shortly after and said JPD was on the way,” said Will Weathersby, with Dabbs Dispensary.

According to the business, the thieves stolen dozens of packs of gummies, edibles and other products. Dabbs Dispensary is offering a $5,000 reward to help catch the criminals.

Weathersby said they’re working to add more security measures to stop any future break-ins.
