JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Police are searching for at least five suspects after multiple vehicles were burglarized in Jackson.
Police responded to the North Canton Club Subdivision and the Northlake Subdivision on January 15. The victims said their vehicles had been ransacked and items were taken.
Detective Tommie Brown said surveillance video from the homes showed five male suspects wearing bookbags and dark clothing with hoodies. Their faces were covered, and they appeared to be carrying assault rifles.
Brown said the suspects were going from residence to residence pulling on vehicle doors. They left the scene when officers arrived.
