Police said the suspects’ vehicle entered the right should of the road where it remained at slow speeds before coming to rest near the 109-mile marker.

Officers arrested the two female suspects, 18-year-old Damonia Johnson and 19-year-old Traieonna Earl, without incident. They said the two male suspects, 22-year-old Garland Garner and 21-year-old Thomas Carr, ran away from the vehicle. Garner was captured after a short distance, and Carr was arrested with the help from a drone with thermal capabilities.

All four suspects are from Flint, Michigan, according to police.
