JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A man was critically injured during a shooting at a Jackson apartment complex.

The shooting happened at Morningside Terrace Apartments on Saturday, January 18.

Bailey Martin, press secretary for the Mississippi Department of Public Safety (DPS), said Capitol police found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital with critical injuries.
