JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police arrested a 19-year-old in connection to a string of auto burglaries.
Detective Tommie Brown said Ladarious Terrell was arrested and charged with seven counts of auto burglary and one count of convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
Warrants have been issued for Delbreco Tims and Antravious Bailey in connection to the case. Brown said Tims is in custody at the Hinds County Detention Center with a hold for the Jackson Police Department, and Bailey is in custody in Ridgeland.
Both Tims and Bailey will be charged with six counts of auto burglary in Jackson.
Jackson police said they responded to the North Canton Club Subdivision and the Northlake Subdivision on January 15. The victims said their vehicles had been ransacked and items were taken.
Brown said surveillance video from the homes showed five male suspects wearing bookbags and dark clothing with hoodies. Their faces were covered, and they appeared to be carrying assault rifles.

According to Brown, the suspects were going from residence to residence pulling on vehicle doors. They left the scene when officers arrived.
