PEARL, Miss. (WJTV) – A Byram firefighter was arrested for gratification of lust in Rankin County.

Pearl Police Chief Nick McLendon said Emmit Jamal Coleman was arrested around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 20.

Coleman was transported to the Rankin County Jail and charged with gratification of lust – touching a child under 14 years of age.

Coleman’s bond was set at $100,000.
