JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police announced three suspects have been arrested in connection to three separate homicide cases.
Detective Tommie Brown said Kamren Miley, 23, turned himself in on March 11, 2025, at the Jackson Police Department (JPD). He was arrested and charged with the murder of Omar Drake, of Brandon.
Investigators said Drake was found deceased near the train tracks on North State Street near Woodway Drive on October 29, 2024. Police said Drake sustained trauma to his upper body.

Brown announced Lamaja Henderson, 20, was also arrested on March 11, 2025. He was charged with the murder of Jakendrick Bass, 21.
Officers responded to Sunset Plaza Apartments on Sunset Drive around 8:00 p.m. on March 5, 2025. Bass was found deceased in the parking lot.

Brown announced Antraveon Kinzey was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service. He will be charged with capital murder in the death of L’Nicholas Harrell, 15.
Police said Harrell’s body was found on Shands Street near Emmanuel United Methodist Church in South Jackson on February 27, 2025, by someone driving by the area. He was wearing a ski mask when he was found deceased.
According to the investigators, Harrell had been shot in the head. He had been reported as a runaway on February 26, 2025.
