JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – There will be intermittent lane closures on Interstate 20 in Hinds County.

The work will take place on I-20 between Springridge Road (Exit 36) and State Route 18 (Exit 40) between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 6.

According to the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT), Entergy crews will perform utility work. Crews will perform intermittent lane closures in 15-minute intervals until the work is complete.

Drivers should be prepared to slow down when approaching the work area.
