JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A man was stabbed during a domestic incident in Jackson, according to police.

The incident occurred on Idaho Street near Harper Avenue on Thursday, May 1.

Detective Tommie Brown, with the Jackson Police Department (JPD), said the man was stabbed multiple times by a woman. There’s no word on the victim’s condiion.

Brown said a search is underway for the woman. She has not been identified.
