DURANT, Miss. (WJTV) – Durant police are searching for a suspect responsible for an armed robbery that occurred at a Renasant Bank ATM.
Police said the crime occurred in the 300 block of N. W. Depot Street before 5:30 a.m. on Friday, May 9.
According to investigators, the unidentified suspect approached an individual using the ATM, pointed a gun and demanded cash. The suspect ordered the victim to drive him to a certain location. Once there, police said the suspect ordered the victim to get out of the vehicle, and he drove away.

Investigators said the victim was not physically hurt during the incident.
