Port Gibson police arrest 2nd suspect in recent homicide

PORT GIBSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Port Gibson police announced a second suspect has been arrested in connection to a recent homicide.

Port Gibson Police Chief Russell Dorsey said Ca’Marrious West was charged with accessory after the fact in connection to the death of Larry Mosley, Jr., 22, of Edwards. West received a $50,000 bond.

According to police, the shooting occurred at the Windsor Arms Apartments in the 400 block of McComb Avenue just after 3:30 a.m. on May 3.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found Mosley suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Police identified the first suspect as D’Onee Edwards, 20, of Port Gibson. He was arrested and charged with murder.
