JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police arrested a woman after she allegedly hit a police vehicle with her car.

The incident occurred on Highway 18 at Maddox Road on Friday, June 13.

According to police, a two-year-old was inside the woman’s car at the time of the crash. They said medical responders checked both the woman and the child at the scene, and neither were injured.

The woman has not been identified. There’s no word on the condition of the officer.
